Push Records - Join our team!

Are you looking to pursue a career in the music industry? We’re launching a record label and need you to help us run it!

The Push is on the lookout for 30 young Victorians aged 16 - 25 years old to take lead roles in running our independent record label, Push Records.

Push Records is a record label run by young people. We sign and release new music made by young artists, for young audiences.

This six-month learning program provides both young industry and artist participants with an opportunity to gain practical experience and establish their networks within the industry; while being mentored by record label professionals and other experienced artists, recording engineers and producers.

As a volunteer Push Records team member, you will be mentored online by industry practitioners to sign and support five young artists through the recording and release of new works.

Working online as a team, at weekly meetings you’ll gain direct experience in your field of interest including:

·      Media and Communications

·      Audio and Sound Production

·      Visual Design and Branding

·      Video Production

·      Photography

·      Label Management
