Under-Represented Young People in Music

The Push’s partnership with the VicHealth Future Reset Project is focused on understanding how culturally diverse young people (aged 12-25) find their way into the contemporary music industry.

In this survey we are exploring what challenges young people from underrepresented communities face so that we can help support better career pathways and create a more representative music industry.

The results of this survey will be used to help shape our future activations for and with communities from culturally diverse backgrounds.

All responses will be de-identified; however, we may use some of your responses to highlight the experiences of culturally diverse young people in music, which may be shared by The Push and VicHealth.

At the end of the survey, you can enter a draw to win a $150 Prezzee Voucher.

Survey closes 11:59pm AEST 6 December 2022.
