Meet Your Stellar 2021 All-Ages Grants Recipients!

With live music returning to Victoria, it’s been awesome to see all-ages events making their way back to live music venues too!
Delivered as a part of the Victorian Government’s Community Support Fund, The Push’s final round of All-Ages Grants have now been allocated.
Our nine successful applicants will use these funds to cover any costs associated with staging all-ages music events in an existing live music venue. This may include artist fees, production costs, marketing and promotion or venue hire fees.
We were lucky to receive so many applications from incredible promoters, artists, venues, and booking agents, keen to get all-ages music back onto Victorian stages!
Meet the dream team of 2021 All-Ages Grants recipients:
“We’re so stoked to be a part of the return of live music in Victoria in 2021. We had an overwhelming response from promoters, artists and venues across the state to access these grants,” reveals Kate Duncan, CEO, The Push.
She continues, “It’s very promising to see the commitment from our music community to stage all-ages events for younger audiences – the future of our music sector.”
2021 grant recipient, Victorian musician Matilda Pearl added: “I am so grateful to have received one of the All-Ages Grants!”
“Affording and planning all-ages gigs is already challenging enough without the uncertainty of COVID-19. Having this support from The Push - not only to get back to performing after lockdowns, but also to younger audiences, means the world.”
