Push Songs returns in 2015, applications are open now

liz-stringerPush Songs’ innovative and inspiring song writing mentoring program heads into its 7th year throughout February and March 2015 and again it’s FREE! To develop your song writing skills, successful applicants will take part in 3, one on one song writing workshops, plus be invited to join the Tuesday Night Song Club to meet and share ideas and live performance opportunities with fellow song writers.

Working alongside Push Songs Co-ordinator Charles Jenkins, will be a bevy of highly experienced song writing mentors including including Mark Seymour, Adalita, and Liz Stringer (pictured).

Participants from all corners of the state of Victoria and of any age, are encouraged to apply for the Brunswick-based program managed by The Push and APRA AMCOS and supported by Arts Victoria and the Australia Council. The workshops take place at The Push Offices at Brunswick Town Hall, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons.
