The Push Inc & Arts Centre Melbourne present
We’re stoked to announce the September instalment of NEW SLANG, a series of monthly all-ages gigs held at The Channel, Arts Centre Melbourne.
This month we’ve got a one-off solo show from Georgia Maq – guitarist, writer and singer of much loved Melbourne band Camp Cope. Georgia will be joined on the night by Two Steps on the Water‘s June Jones, fresh from supporting Julien Baker on her recent East Coast tour.
This event is very very limited capacity. No further shows will be added.
This event will be AUSLAN interpreted.
6PM – 8PM.
THE CHANNEL, ARTS CENTRE MELBOURNE.
––– New Slang has gender neutral bathrooms, is wheelchair accessible, and is committed to providing an event that’s open to everyone, regardless of gender, race, sexuality, ability or financial status. If you’re experiencing financial hardship but would like to attend New Slang, please don’t hesitate to shoot us a message. –––
We would like to acknowledge that this event is being held on the stolen land of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin nation. We wish to pay respect to the Wurundjeri people and their Elders past, present, and emerging. Sovereignty was never ceded.
