The Push Inc is super excited to announce the fourth instalment of New Slang, a series of monthly all-ages gigs held at The Channel in collaboration with Arts Centre Melbourne.
Rock & roll isn’t dead. The fourth New Slang brings ya three of the finest currently going:
The Vanns are Jimmy Vann, Lachlan Jones and Tom Switlek. Hailing from the New South Wales town of Kiama, The VANNS deliver an infectious salty mash of earthy indie rock. They’re bringing their sly surf-pop to The Channel for an exclusive all ages show.
The Kite Machine
Loud, funky and completely ballistic, The Kite Machine are Geelong’s premier Funk Rock export. Front man Levi Anderson, drummer Kane Sherriff and bassist Liam Brennan have carved a serious niche in the independent music scene with tight grooves and manic riffs as their signature.
Wolf Parade are dead and gone, but at least we have ICB.
